Fritz Imbacher founded German Motors Sdn. Bhd. in 2008, bringing with him years of experience from working at Mercedes service centres. Driven by a passion for German automotive excellence, he built the company to deliver premium, dealership-quality maintenance with transparency and integrity.

Under his leadership, German Motors has grown from modest beginnings into a trusted specialist for Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, and other German brands. Fritz believes that excellence in service starts with understanding both the car and the customer — listening carefully, diagnosing accurately, and treating every vehicle with the highest standards.

Lai Wai Dieng joined German Motors in 2014 as an accountant, bringing precision, discipline, and financial expertise to the company. Over the years, her dedication and leadership have seen her grow into the role of Director, where she now oversees all administrative operations and accounts management.

Her strong foundation in finance and attention to detail ensure the company runs efficiently behind the scenes, supporting both the technical team and customer experience. As a partner and Director, she is committed to maintaining transparency, accountability, and long-term stability for German Motors.

Al Faizal began his journey with German Motors in 2008 as a technician, gaining deep hands-on expertise in German automotive engineering. Over the years, his dedication and skill saw him progress to workshop management and now into his current role as Director.

With more than a decade of experience working on premium brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, and Porsche, Al Faizal combines technical mastery with leadership vision. Today, he focuses on service excellence, customer trust, and building a strong, passionate team.

Ng Choi Yoon began his career with German Motors in 2009 as a technician, where his skill, dedication, and attention to detail quickly set him apart. Through hard work and leadership, he rose to become Team Leader and now serves as Workshop Manager.

With extensive experience across German brands, Ng ensures that every job is carried out to the highest standards. He is committed to mentoring the team, maintaining workshop efficiency, and upholding the company’s reputation for precision and trust.
